The remote village where Swift grew up was destroyed by Orc raiders. He was too young to do anything and should have died as well, but didn’t. He was rescued from the edge of death by a priest of the Ancient Ones. He spent his formative years living a life a pious seclusion with him in his temple. The old priest taught Swift to revere and tap into the power of Nature. Now that he has died Swift is a wanderer, roaming the land, protecting the natural world from those who would harm it. And in his heart there lives a special hatred for the Orcs who destroyed his home.
